Rajendra brought over 40 years of pharma expertise. He held a B.Pharm. and a Diploma in Administration Management and contributed to TIMA and MIDC’s CETP. Rajendra’s technical leadership and dedication were instrumental in shaping Emil’s growth and legacy.
Director – Accounting & Export Operations
Megha holds a B.Com., a Diploma in Business Management, and a certification in Computer Management. With 40+ years of experience, she leads finance, HR, and ERP operations, driving efficiency and company growth.
Head of Product Development, Regulatory, and Manufacturing Operations
Yogesh brings 18 years of pharma experience. He holds a B.Pharm., M.Pharm., and an MBA from NMIMS. Yogesh drives innovation, compliance, and product excellence, supporting Emil’s growth and global reach.

Abhijit oversees new manufacturing projects, expansions, factory operations, and Business Development. He holds a BE in Computer Engineering and an MBA from NMIMS. With 11 years of experience, he drives operational excellence and strengthens Emil’s global presence.
Business Development Manager
Gauri oversees Business Development, Finance, and Talent Acquisition. She holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from London Business School. With 8+ years of global pharma experience, she drives market expansion, commercial excellence, and talent strategy.
