Manufacturing Facility

Emil Group has two manufacturing facilities (Emil & Medibios) situated at Tarapur, Near Mumbai which is India’s financial and pharmaceutical hub. Both the units are built and operated as per the latest WHO-GMP guidelines. The facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment duly qualified and validated for manufacturing, packing and testing of formulations. The processes are validated as per WHO-GMP guidelines, to ensure manufacture of high quality products consistently.

Emil group’s facilities are equipped to manufacture tablets, capsules, powders, oral liquids, ointments & gels. The facilities are equipped to pack products in Aluminium strip, Alu-Alu strip, Blister strip, bottle pack, sachet and jar packs. In addition packaging to ensure better patient compliance like weekly pack, kit of 2-3 products and packs displaying dose schedule are done at both the facilities. Assisted by experienced professionals, the facilities produce products o f internationally acceptable quality
